Horseback Riding develops A Balance of Self. The movements required to cue a horse create Body Awareness. Riding Horses uses many muscles; most importantly the leg, abdominal, shoulder and back muscles.
Riding a horse at a walk stimulates the internal organs. This helps in liver function, better digestion and burning calories. Riding is a great therapy for people in wheelchairs.
WHY EQUESTRIAN CIRCLE ?
The Equestrian Circle is Lebanon’s new premier venue for horseback riding. The club is conveniently located in Beit Merry, easily accessible from all regions. Our stables are set in a picturesque environment, overlooking a valley just below Deir El Kalaa Country Club.
Our facilities enable us to offer horse riding lessons all year round, in addition to private and group excursions on horses as well as ponies.
